  •  Patient Education Tool About Leiomyoma (PETAL) Study

A randomized controlled trial investigating patient knowledge of uterine fibroids as well as patient satisfaction with counseling. The study compares standard counseling with multimedia counseling using the DrawMD OBGYN iPad application to determine  if there is a difference in patient satisfaction and knowledge about fibroids with either form of counseling.

  • Cesarean Delivery Rate Before and After The 2008 NICHD Standardized Electronic Fetal Monitoring Guidelines J.Sung, P.Raj, N.O.Sonn, D.P.Matthew, A.Tsambarlis, N.Sprawka A retrospective chart review comparing the primary cesarean delivery rate before and after the publication and implementation of the NICHD fetal heart rate classification in order to determine the impact of the new guidelines and if they changed the cesarean delivery rate.
