Educational Technologies
The Educational Technologies department is responsible for maintaining all computer and A/V equipment in the SSOM classrooms, lecture halls, sit down labs, conference/meeting rooms, and student CALL areas. We are also able to provide A/V equipment for meetings on the LUMC campus on a first come, first serve basis.
Educational Technologies staff are available weekdays from 8am - 5pm in SSOM Room 184 or by contacting x65992. If you would like A/V support for your event, please email EdTechSupport@lumc.edu at least 3 business days in advance. Please include the event name, date, time, and location; contact name; and contact phone/pager number. Evening and weekend support may be requested by submitting an off-hours request form.
Educational Technologies is not responsible for room set-up and podiums (Housekeeping - x63730), unlocking doors (Security - x69077), and non-A/V related classroom materials such as flip charts, easels, and markers.
