Credit Reports
CREDIT REPORTS
To access category 1 credit reports or category 2 reporting system:
- You must be on a Loyola PC or have Firepass access to Loyola's Intranet
- Category 1 Credit Report (internal use only)
- Category 2 Self Reporting System (internal use only)
- Instructions on how to Obtain Credit Reports
RELICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
50 credits per year for a total of 150 credits every 3 years
- All 50 credits per year can be category 1 (formal)
- Up to 30 credits per year can be category 2 (informal)*
*Category 2 credits are self-reported and can be claimed for non-accredited activities
