Annually, the C-L service provides over 1800 new consults.
Psychiatry residents, 3rd year medical students and Family Medicine residents rotate through C-L division. Clinical teaching takes place during the ward rounds. The division conducts bi-weekly chairman’s rounds attended by all psychiatry residents and medical students. The residents and medical students enjoy their C-L service rotation.
The aims and goals of the C-L division are to work closely with the physicians from various specialties, provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment recommendations, and provide a rewarding educational experience for rotating residents and medical students.
