My Approach to Treating Patients
As a Musculoskeletal oncologist, I evaluate and care for patients with benign and malignant tumors of bone and soft tissue. In doing so, I often care for people undergoing an intense emotional time in their life. Recognizing this, I take tremendous effort to insure my patients and their families understand what is happening in their health care, do everything in my ability to help relieve their fear and anxiety, and assure them they will have the support needed to contend with their situation.

To administer and coordinate this level of care, we have developed a multi-disciplinary approach. In cooperation with the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center, we have organized a dedicated group of physicians including medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, and pathologists as well as specialized nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and social workers to insure our patients receive the best and most well rounded care we can give.
