Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency

Didactic sessions are plentiful, with active faculty participation in lectures, case presentations, chapter reviews, multiple choice question review, and journal clubs, all scheduled during “protected time”.  Other courses during the year include: anatomy lectures (includes dissections in the anatomy lab), orthotics/prosthetics course, visiting professor lectures, resident grand rounds and a research seminar.

During your PGY-4 year, the program provides financial support for attendance at the annual AAPM&R conference.  Research is also encouraged throughout your residency and is rewarded by the program providing financial support for your attendance at conferences your research project gets accepted to.  The program also provides financial support for the PGY-4’s to attend a board review course.
