Applying to the Program
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Residency

The Loyola University Medical Center, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency Program has been certified to use the ERAS electronic service, for application to our program. The ERAS program was developed by the Association of American Medical Colleges to save time and effort while using the Internet for the rapid delivery of residency applications, medical school transcripts, Dean’s letters and faculty recommendations. It is designed to consolidate and streamline the process, at every stage of the application process.

  • We will be recruiting 3 candidates for 2010 starting at the PGY-2 level.
  • The interview day will begin at 8:00am and end at approximately 2:00pm.

Our deadline for applications is November 1, 2009 for the PGY-2 residency starting in July, 2011.

  • Personal Statement
  • USMLE Step I Report
  • Medical School Transcript
  • 3 letters of recommendation

**All of our applicants must have graduated within the past two years and must have passed Step I.
