Tickets for the evening banquet will be on sale October 13 - November 5, 2008. Tickets will be made available through the Graduate Student Council representatives, the Basic Science Departments, the School of Nursing Office at LUMC, Office of Research Services, and the Graduate School Administration Office.

Dinner Dance Information

ST. ALBERT'S DAY DINNER DANCE

The award banquet will be held at Maggiano's Little Italy Restaurant, 240 Oak Brook Center (Oak Brook Mall), Oak Brook, Illinois.

Tickets for the evening banquet will be on sale October 13 - November 5, 2008 and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The restaurant's capacity for this event is 250. Tickets will be made available through the Graduate Student Council representatives, the Basic Science Departments, the School of Nursing Office at LUMC, the Office of Research Services, and the Graduate School Administration Office.

The cost of tickets for students and significant others is reduced to $10 due to the Graduate Student Council, Basic Science and Clinical Departmental subsidization, and contributions from LUMC and SSOM administration.

The ticket cost for faculty, staff, post-docs, fellows, research associates and other persons interested in attending is $20 per person.

All checks should be made payable to LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO. Cash payments will be accepted. Please do not send cash through the mail.

 DEADLINE FOR TICKET PURCHASE IS NOVEMBER 5, 2008.
