Billingslea, M.D., M.P.H.
Associate Program Director
Dr. Billingslea earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College. She completed her residency training at Northwestern University/St. Joseph Hospital. In addition, she obtained a M.P.H. from University of Illinois at Chicago and a M.S. from Chicago State University.
Lionel Barberousse, M.D.
Dr. Barberousse is a graduate from Finch University of Health Sciences/Chicago Medical School. He completed his residency training at Loyola-Provident Family Medicine Residency Program.
Janice
Benson, M.D.
Dr. Benson is a graduate from St. Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Cook County Family Practice Residency Program. Dr. Benson is Associate Chair for the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Provident Hospital of Cook County. She is also co-founder and remains a core faculty in the Faculty Development Center in Family Medicine at John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital. This program has trained over 100 graduates as fellows and trainees who have become leaders in family medicine education.
Juliet Bradley, M.D.
Dr. Bradley received her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Cook County Family Practice Residency Program, where she also completed a fellowship in faculty development. She is co-section chief for community medicine in the South Lawndale community. Her interests include diabetes and obesity, international medicine, and women's health. She facilitates a domestic violence support group at the Dr. Jorge Prieto Family Health Center and does volunteer forensic examinations for the Marjorie Kovler Center for the Treatment of Survivors of Torture. Outside of work, she is an avid appreciator of a wide variety of music, an lyenger yoga practitioner and a djembe dilettante.
Crystal
Cash, M.D.
Chair
Dr. Cash graduated
from the University of Illinois Health Sciences Center in 1986 and the Cook
County Family Practice Residency Program in 1989. There she completed a
Faculty Development Fellowship in 1990. Dr. Cash is involved in teaching
medical students for Loyola's required family medicine clerkship. She is the Chair of the Department of Family
and Community Medicine at Provident Hospital of Cook County. Dr. Cash has a national
reputation through her leadership activities in the Society of Teachers
of Family Medicine (STFM) and the American Academy of Family Practice
(AAFP).
Charles Ediogiawerie, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Ediogiawerie received his medical degree from the University College Hospital in Ibadan, Nigeria. He completed his residency at Loyola-Provident Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Edoigiawerie is the Medical Director at Cook County Englewood Health Center, one of the family medicine centers of the residency program.
Gail Y. Floyd, M.D.
Program Director
Dr. Floyd is an early graduate of the Cook County Family Practice Residency Program, with 20+ years of experience in managed care both clinical and administrative. Currently, Dr. Floyd is the Program Director for the Cook County-Loyola-Provident Family Medicine Residency Program. She has a special interest in adolescent health and well-being; quality improvement and peer review.

Dr. Frigo graduated from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Hinsdale Family Practice Residency Program.
Sandy
Gibson, D.O.
Dr. Gibson graduated from Oklahoma Osteopathic Medical School,
Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1986. She completed her residency in the Department
of Family Medicine, Cook County Hospital in 1990. She is the Medical Director
at Near South Health Center, one of the family medicine centers of the
residency program.

Ikedionwu, M.D.
Associate Program Director
Dr.
Ikedionwu received his medical degree from the University of Lagos College
of Medicine in Lagos, Nigeria. He completed his residency training at
University of Illinois at Chicago.
Julie
Lipkin, M.D.
Dr.
Lipkin received her medical doctorate from the Faculty of Medicine and
Surgery of the University of Studies, Milan, Italy. After completing her
residency in family practice with the Cook County Family Practice Residency,
she continued training in Faculty Development while teaching part time in
the Alternative Curriculum tract at Rush Medical College and practicing in
Uptown Chicago. After several years, she became full time faculty for the
Cook County Family Practice Residency. Dr. Lipkin pursued Geriatrics with
passion and is certified with advanced qualification (CAQ). She coordinates
Geriatric and End of Life Care curriculum and also chairs the committee on
Bio-Ethics for Stroger Hospital.

Julita McPherson, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. McPherson received her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine. She completed her residency training at Loyola-Provident Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. McPherson is the Site Director at Near South Health Center and Provident Hospital of Cook County for the Loyola Department of Family Medicine 3rd Year Clerkship. She has special interest in obesity in urban, undeserved communities.
Alfred Martin, M.D.
Dr.
Martin earned his medical degree from University of Illinois College of
Medicine. He completed his residency training at Mt. Sinai Hospital Family
Practice Residency Program.
Steven
Menhennett, M.D.
Dr. Menhennett graduated from University of Colorado School of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Cook County Hospital Family Practice Residency Program. He is the Medical Director at Dr. Jorge Prieto Health Center, one of the family medicine centers of the residency program.
Isaac
Plamoottil, D.O., M.S.
Dr. Plamoottil graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic
Medicine in 1987 and completed his residency at Jackson Park Hospital, Family
Practice in 1990 and The Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Emergency
Medicine in 1987. He holds a degree in Chemistry from Northeastern Illinois
University, which he received in 1979. Dr. Plamoottil is board certified
in Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Stabile earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his residency training at Cook County Hospital Family Practice Residency Program.
Dr. Smith received her medical degree from Rush Medical College. She completed her residency training at University of California-Davis Affiliate Contra Costa Health Services. Dr. Smith also completed a Maternal-Child Health Fellowship at West Suburban Hospital Medical Center. She has studied Spanish in Guatemala and Mexico. Aside from work, she enjoys hiking, photography, horseback riding, canoeing and second-hand furniture collecting.

Debbie Donelson, M.D.
Dr.
Donelson earned her medical degree from Finch University of Health Sciences/Chicago

Practice Residency Program. Dr. Donelson has special interest in obesity
in urban, undeserved communities and alternative medicine.

He completed residency training at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical
Center Family Practice Residency Program. In addition, he also completed
postdoctoral training in faculty development in family and community medicine
